Notice of Infringement – Claim

- A statement under penalty of perjury that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
If a takedown notice is found to be falsely submitted, the submitter may be subject to civil penalties under Title 17 USC ยง512(f).

Counter Notification – Restoration of Material
If your material has been taken down due to a copyright claim, you have the right to submit a counter notification. This must contain your signature, details of the removed material, a statement of good faith belief in mistaken removal, and your contact information.
